Shortcuts to Move Through
Placeholders and Add New Slides

Do you reach for the mouse to move from placeholder to placeholder on a slide? Instead, use the Ctrl + Enter keyboard shortcut.
​
It will not only jump to the next placeholder, it will create a new slide with the same layout as the current one when you reach the last slide in the presentation.

Two quick ways to add new slides:

Ctrl + M to add a slide after the selected one
OR
-
Hit the Enter key after clicking beneath a slide thumbnail in the Navigation Pane
