Stop Cluttering your Sent Items folder
with Unnecessary Emails!
We often send or reply to an email with a simple "Thanks", or other text that we don't need to keep. Don't clutter your Sent Message folder and add to your cleanup time!
SELECTIVELY SAVE SENT MESSAGES:
In the new email or reply to an email,, before hitting the Send button, click the Options tab > Save Sent Item button to select the Do Not Save option.
SAVE TIME BY ADDING THE SAVE SENT ITEMS TO BUTTON TO YOUR QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR:
Right-click the Save Sent Item button and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar
Now the option is quickly accessible from within your message on the QA toolbar
