Now, more than ever, companies are looking for ways to be lean and effective, often doing more with less.

As professional trainers and consultants, our clients often ask us how to make the most of their training investment. Here are some options that we offer at DJH Training & Application Solutions Inc. to respond to our clients' needs and provide much more than "one size fits all" solutions:

  1. Use Our Needs Assessments / Needs Analysis Forms. Our easy-to-complete forms help us to pinpoint the skills you require and create a course outline that is customized to meet your specific needs.

  2. Learn What YOU Need. We do offer standard basic, intermediate and advanced level instruction. However, our specialty is creating course content that focuses on the skills that you require, no matter what the level. We'll help you to uncover what you need and, just as importantly, what you don't need.

  3. Pre-Training Document Analysis. Not everyone has the know-how, not to mention the time, to make sure their documents are set up properly. This often equates to less automation and more time, effort, money and frustration.  We'll not only lend our expertise in streamlining your documents and processes, we'll make sure to include relevant skills in your training sessions.

  4. Tie What You Learn Into Your Own Applications. We encourage our clients to bring their key application to class so that they can apply what they learn directly to their own work. Applying newly acquired skills is a key factor in knowledge retention.  If employees from different departments are attending the training, this also promotes discussion and increased inter-departmental awareness.

  5. Stick to a Schedule that Works for YOU. At DJH Training & Application Solutions Inc., we work around your schedule; not ours. To avoid "information overload", we recommend a limit of 3 hours per training session (2 hours online). We also advise a maximum of 2 training sessions per week, with a minimum of 1 day between sessions. This will allow you to absorb what you've learned, put your newly acquired skills into practice, and accumulate questions that you can bring to class.

  6. Communication is the Key. The more we understand your requirements, the better we can serve you.

Following these guidelines will help you make the most of your investment in both time and dollars and increase the value of your employees.
