Use the TEXTJOIN function to quickly and easily string content from a range of cells together.
Available in 365 and 2019 versions of Excel, the TEXTJOIN function allows you to easily combine text from multiple ranges and/or strings, plus includes a delimiter you specify only once to be included between each text value. If the delimiter is empty, the function will concatenate the ranges.

The 1st argument is Delimiter, which is a character or string within double quotes; the 2nd argument is Ignore_Empty, the default to ignore empty cells; the 3rd argument, Text1, is the range or strings to join. We have used a table column, but you can also refer to range(s) of cells.
EXAMPLE 1 FORMULA:
=TEXTJOIN(",",,tblAttendees[Attendees])
EXAMPLE 2 FORMULA:
=TEXTJOIN(";",,tblEmails[Email Addresses])
