Instead of clearing comments and notes one at a time, follow these simple instructions to clear them in one quick step:

1. Select the sheet (Ctrl + A keyboard shortcut) OR drag over the range of cells from which you want to remove comments and notes.

2. Click the Clear button on the Home tab and select Clear Comments and Notes
