Why?  Because at DJH our goal is to teach our clients the skills they need and, just as importantly, avoid teaching aspects of their software they will never use.

How do we pinpoint our clients' needs? This component is key in our clients' success and return on training investment. We take the time and effort required to analyze the documents they will be working with, in addition to their level of expertise by using our complimentary needs analysis forms.. We then design solutions that will get things up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Although we provide practice exercises, we also encourage our clients to bring examples of their own files to the training. This allows them to apply newly learned skills immediately and greatly increase relevancy and knowledge retention.
